For decades, women—especially those from religious and underserved communities—have faced significant barriers to entering careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
At JCT, those barriers are being dismantled. The college is empowering thousands of women to pursue careers in high-impact fields—transforming not only their own futures but the future of Israel.
JCT is one of Israel’s most influential institutions in advancing women in STEM.
Across disciplines including engineering, electro-optics, and software development, JCT is helping reshape what leadership in STEM looks like in Israel. Its graduates go on to careers in leading global companies such as Intel, IBM, Check Point, and Texas Instruments.

At the heart of this transformation is JCT’s Tal Campus for Women. Serving more than 2,400 women today and growing to accommodate up to 3,000 students on the new Tal Campus, JCT offers women degrees in:

JCT expands opportunities for women in traditionally male-dominated fields that are of utmost importance to the Israeli workforce. The college has revamped its electro-optics engineering program for women, a field central to Israel’s defense systems, medical imaging, and advanced technologies. Today, 45% of students in this program are women.
When women succeed in STEM, entire communities rise. With your support, JCT can continue expanding the Tal Campus, opening doors for thousands more women to pursue education, enter the workforce, and contribute to Israel’s most vital industries. Together, we can break barriers—and build a stronger future for Israel.
